Role Description The AI Software Developer role is a full-time, remote position responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven software solutions that support BuzzBlend Codex’s products and client projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and optimizing machine learning models, integrating neural networks and NLP components into production systems, and building scalable software architectures for agentic and autonomous applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, conducting experiments and evaluations on pattern recognition and model performance, and ensuring code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews. The AI Software Developer will also contribute to the continuous improvement of internal frameworks, stay current with advances in AI and software engineering, and support deployment and monitoring of AI services in cloud environments.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and modern software engineering practices.
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and integration into applications.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++) and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience building and deploying AI solutions in cloud or containerized environments and working with APIs and microservices.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate effectively with distributed teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Background in agentic AI, computer vision, or real-time data processing, and experience with MLOps or DevOps practices are considered advantageous.
