Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. This role includes managing shipments, monitoring inventory and documentation, and coordinating with transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams. The Logistics Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues related to delivery and scheduling, and support export procedures and compliance. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and collaborating with supply chain stakeholders to optimize routes, costs, and service levels.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to coordinate procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
Candidates should possess understanding of Export processes to support documentation, compliance requirements, and international shipment coordination.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field are beneficial.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics/ERP software, along with attention to detail and organizational skills, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment is required.
