Role Description The Sales Manager role at Kalika Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmednagar. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company’s industrial product portfolio. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a sales team, and setting and monitoring sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and management teams to ensure timely delivery, high service standards, and customer satisfaction. Regular responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, participating in client meetings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in industrial B2B sales, account management, and business development, particularly within manufacturing or related sectors.
Experience in sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious targets.
Team leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and collaboration across departments.
Competence in customer relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling to ensure sustainable partnerships.
Proficiency with sales reporting tools, CRM software, and basic data analysis to support informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in industrial products or manufacturing sales, and familiarity with the Indian industrial market, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmednagar, travel to customer locations as required, and maintain a high level of professional integrity.
