Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time remote role responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and direction for Solacse Care. The CEO will oversee daily operations at an executive level, aligning business activities with the organization’s mission and long-term goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing financial performance, guiding operational processes, and leading sales and growth initiatives. The CEO will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to define strategic priorities, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure sustainable organizational development. This role also involves representing Solacse Care to partners, clients, and investors, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and ethical decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and overall financial health.
Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee systems, processes, and organizational efficiency.
Experience in Sales and growth leadership to drive revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.
Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities to set vision, define priorities, and guide long-term initiatives.
Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in a mission-driven or care-focused organization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead remote teams, promote collaboration, and make data-informed decisions.
Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPA, or similar) or equivalent senior leadership experience.
