Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Executive role based in Mumbai. The Customer Relations Executive will manage day-to-day communication with clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from initial contact through project completion. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, handling service requests, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on feedback, and supporting the sales and project teams with customer-related information. The successful candidate will represent Work Place Interior professionally and help build long-term client relationships in the commercial interiors sector.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities to build and maintain professional relationships.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in interiors, construction, real estate, or related sectors, is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple client accounts, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking interactions is preferred.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are advantageous.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
