Chief Digital Transformation Officer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Digital Transformation Officer. The role involves leading the development and execution of the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives across design, fit-out, and maintenance operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for digitalization, and implementing tools and platforms to improve efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience. The Chief Digital Transformation Officer will oversee cross-functional projects, manage stakeholder expectations, guide change management efforts, and ensure that data and digital solutions support strategic decision-making. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, mentoring teams on digital best practices, and staying updated on relevant industry technologies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Digital Transformation and Business Process skills to redesign workflows and integrate technology across operations.
Candidates should possess solid Digital Strategy and Analytical Skills to define roadmaps, interpret data, and support evidence-based decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience in construction, interior design, fit-out, or related industries is beneficial.
Proficiency with digital platforms, ERP or project management systems, and collaboration tools is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, change management experience, and excellent communication skills are required.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is advantageous.
