Role Description This is a contract Co-Founder role with a hybrid work model based in Burdwan, allowing some work from home along with regular on-site collaboration. The Co-Founder will help define the company vision, develop business strategies, and prioritize key initiatives across product, operations, and go-to-market efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, driving marketing and sales activities, and building relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. The role also involves setting up basic processes, tracking performance metrics, managing budgets at an early stage, and coordinating with any employees, contractors, or advisors. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founders to make strategic decisions, secure resources, and guide the company through its early growth phases.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess markets, validate ideas, and support data-informed decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, engage stakeholders, and present ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify prospects, pitch offerings, negotiate terms, and help close early-stage deals.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills to develop basic branding, plan campaigns, and support digital and offline outreach.
Experience in early-stage startups, entrepreneurship, or business development is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Burdwan, handle ambiguity, and take ownership of multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
A background in business, technology, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required.
