Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying prospective customers, and generating qualified leads for City Gas Distribution products and services. The Inside Sales Executive will maintain and update the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and support the field sales team with timely information and documentation. Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, presenting suitable solutions, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring a smooth handover from lead to opportunity. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, providing regular sales reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, understanding requirements, and building long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills for opportunity conversion, negotiation support, and meeting revenue targets.
Candidates should have proficiency with CRM or sales management tools and basic MS Office applications.
Candidates should demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Candidates with prior experience in industrial, engineering, or energy sectors, particularly City Gas Distribution, will be preferred.
Candidates should have a relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
