Role Description The Healthcare Coordinator at Estrategia Circular MX is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and overseeing healthcare-related initiatives and services. This role includes coordinating virtual health programs, liaising with medical professionals, and supporting the planning and delivery of health trainings for community members and partners. The Healthcare Coordinator will track participant information, schedule sessions, prepare educational materials, and ensure that healthcare activities comply with relevant standards and best practices. The role also involves responding to inquiries, maintaining clear documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to improve health-related processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in healthcare settings, with knowledge of Medicine and Healthcare practices relevant to community or organizational programs.
Background as an EMT or similar emergency medical training, with the ability to apply first-response or triage principles in program design and coordination.
Strong Communication skills, including clarity in written and verbal interactions and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote environment.
Experience in Training, such as organizing or delivering health education sessions, workshops, or capacity-building programs.
Ability to use digital tools for remote coordination (e.g., video conferencing, spreadsheets, project management platforms).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a part-time schedule.
Relevant certification or coursework in healthcare, public health, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or additional languages is an asset.
