🔧 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
🧪 Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, standards, and quality frameworks.
📋 Lead functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing activities.
👥 Manage, mentor, and allocate resources across QA engineers, test analysts, and automation specialists.
🎯 Define testing scope, objectives, timelines, environments, deliverables, and quality targets.
🤝 Collaborate with Product, Development, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Operations teams.
🔍 Oversee test case design, test scripts, execution, documentation, and test result analysis.
🐞 Manage defect tracking, prioritization, root-cause discussions, and resolution follow-ups.
📊 Establish QA KPIs, quality dashboards, test metrics, and regular management reports.
⚙️ Promote test automation and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.
🔄 Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and CI/CD-based development environments.
⚠️ Identify quality risks, testing gaps, dependencies, and potential release blockers.
🚀 Evaluate release readiness and provide clear recommendations to project stakeholders.
📈 Improve testing processes, tools, standards, and overall quality assurance efficiency.
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
✅ 6+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management.
✅ Proven experience managing QA teams and leading complex testing programs.
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and quality governance.
✅ Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or Azure DevOps.
✅ Familiarity with automation frameworks, API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Strong experience with defect management, risk assessment, reporting, and release coordination.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✅ UAE/GCC technology experience is an advantage.
⭐ ISTQB, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
