🚀 Key Responsibilities
Lead global project operations and ensure strategic projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Develop and implement global project operations strategies, governance frameworks, processes, and operating standards.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional, and international projects across multiple regions.
Establish project priorities, operating plans, milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and performance objectives.
Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, dependencies, quality, and operational performance across the global portfolio.
Identify project bottlenecks, operational risks, and execution gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, Product, Supply Chain, Sales, and other business functions to ensure effective project execution.
Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, reporting systems, and performance reviews to provide leadership with clear visibility into project operations.
Optimize resource allocation, project capacity, workflows, and operating processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Lead project governance, risk management, change management, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Oversee major transformation, technology implementation, infrastructure, market expansion, and strategic business projects.
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners involved in major projects.
Drive the adoption of project management technologies, automation, analytics, and standardized operating methodologies.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global project operations teams.
Present project portfolio performance, risks, financial impact, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team.
🎓 Experience Requirements
15+ years of progressive experience in project management, project operations, program management, PMO, operations, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in senior management or executive leadership roles overseeing large-scale projects or global project portfolios.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-region, cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion.
Strong background in project governance, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, operational planning, and performance management.
Demonstrated experience managing significant project budgets, multiple workstreams, and geographically distributed teams.
Experience working directly with C-suite executives, senior leadership teams, Boards, clients, and strategic partners.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, operational processes, KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to identify operational challenges and develop scalable solutions across multiple business units or regions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
MBA, PMP, PgMP, or other relevant advanced certification preferred.
