Siva Sai Minerals & Chemicals has spent six years building a business in industrial minerals — barytes, talc, dolomite and quartz — run out of Hyderabad, with our processing operations in Kadapa. Today we supply top-tier paint companies in the country. Anyone in this trade knows what that means: our material is audited by people who are very difficult to please, batch after batch.
We now want to build two new verticals — paint and oil-drilling. We have the minerals, the plants, the customer relationships and the capital set aside. What we don't have is the person to build it.
So we're looking for a senior sales, marketing or business development professional to come in as Business Head of the new vertical.
We know exactly who we're talking to. You have a good title at a reputed company, a package you're not unhappy with, and a Monday morning that is entirely predictable. You've also probably spent a few of those Mondays wondering what you could build if the answer weren't three approvals away.
