Role Description The Digital Marketing Associate is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting Khdma Dz’s online presence and audience growth. Day-to-day tasks include planning and publishing content across social media platforms, monitoring engagement, and optimizing posts to increase reach and interaction. The role involves assisting with online marketing campaigns, tracking basic performance metrics using web analytics tools, and suggesting improvements based on data. The Digital Marketing Associate will collaborate with the team to maintain consistent messaging, respond to community inquiries, and help build a strong, trusted brand within the Algerian job market.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to manage and grow digital communities.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and Web Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear messaging and community interaction.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Telegram, Facebook, Instagram) and content scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail, basic copywriting skills, and a keen interest in the Algerian job market and recruitment trends.
Previous experience in digital marketing, community management, or related fields is an advantage.
