Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing campaigns by conducting market research, assisting with content creation, and coordinating digital outreach activities. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining CRM data, preparing sales and marketing materials, and supporting online and offline lead-generation efforts. The role involves collaborating with sales and investigation teams, tracking campaign performance metrics, and helping improve client communication touchpoints. The Marketing Assistant will also assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative support for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Ability to perform Market Research and support Sales & Marketing efforts with data-driven insights.
Basic understanding of Sales processes and the ability to assist with sales-related activities.
Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, email marketing platforms).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
Comfort working with sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
Prior experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related field is beneficial.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
