Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership
Define and oversee strategic projects aligned with corporate objectives, growth priorities, and long-term business plans.
Project Portfolio Management
Establish project priorities, allocate resources, and manage a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives to maximize business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with business units and functional leaders to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective project execution.
Execution and Performance Oversight
Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks, and outcomes while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Executive Decision Support
Provide senior leadership with strategic insights, project assessments, and recommendations to support critical business decisions.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify project-level and organizational risks, resolve execution barriers, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Process and Governance Development
Establish project governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting standards to improve execution consistency and operational efficiency.

QualificationsEducation Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or an advanced degree preferred.
Work Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in strategic project management, enterprise transformation, business operations, or related fields.
8+ years of experience leading senior teams or complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience managing large-scale strategic projects and engaging with executive leadership.
