We are a next-generation digital finance and institutional financial services platform developer, leveraging a mature traditional financial system and professional financial infrastructure. Our core capabilities focus on developing derivatives, quantitative risk management, asset servicing, and clearing and settlement.
Our goal is to build an efficient financial services and liquidity infrastructure for global professional market participants. Through advanced technology, professional risk control, and a robust operational system, we provide institutional clients and professional users with more efficient, secure, and flexible asset allocation and risk management solutions.
Currently, our derivatives department is assembling a core management team, seeking outstanding talent with experience in financial services, derivatives, risk management, product development, operations, technology, and institutional business to jointly participate in the construction and long-term development of our new business system.
Vice President of Growth Product Management
The Vice President of Growth Product Management will lead the company’s growth-oriented product strategy, customer acquisition initiatives, product engagement programs, and revenue expansion efforts. This executive will be responsible for developing scalable product strategies that accelerate customer growth, improve user engagement, strengthen retention, and support sustainable business performance.
Working closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, Customer Success, and Operations functions, the VP of Growth Product Management will identify growth opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle. This role will combine product innovation, customer insights, experimentation, analytics, and commercial strategy to deliver measurable improvements in product adoption and business expansion.
Core Responsibilities
1. Growth Product Strategy & Vision
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth product strategy aligned with the company’s corporate objectives and commercial priorities.
Establish a clear product vision focused on customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Identify growth opportunities across the product lifecycle, customer journey, and business portfolio.
Translate market trends, customer insights, and business objectives into actionable product initiatives.
Establish strategic priorities and investment frameworks for growth-focused product development.
2. Customer Acquisition & Activation
Lead product initiatives designed to improve customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, and initial product engagement.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to align acquisition strategies with product capabilities.
Identify opportunities to simplify customer journeys and reduce onboarding friction.
Develop product experiences that support customer conversion and long-term engagement.
Analyze customer acquisition channels and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
3. Product Engagement & Retention
Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, product usage, and long-term retention.
Identify behavioral patterns and customer needs through quantitative and qualitative research.
Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to address customer experience challenges.
Design product improvements that encourage recurring engagement and customer loyalty.
Establish customer lifecycle strategies that support continued product adoption and business value.
4. Growth Experimentation & Optimization
Establish a structured product experimentation framework covering hypotheses, testing, measurement, and iteration.
Lead A/B testing, product experiments, feature optimization, and customer journey improvements where appropriate.
Prioritize experiments based on potential customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and organizational resources.
Use experiment results and analytical insights to guide product decisions.
Develop repeatable processes for identifying, testing, and scaling successful growth initiatives.
5. Data Analytics & Growth Intelligence
Partner with Data Analytics, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to develop growth insights and reporting capabilities.
Establish product analytics frameworks covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Monitor customer behavior, conversion trends, product usage, and business performance.
Use data-driven analysis to identify growth barriers, market opportunities, and product improvement priorities.
Ensure product decisions are supported by reliable data, appropriate research, and clear business reasoning.
6. Monetization & Revenue Growth
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Sales, and Marketing leadership to identify product monetization opportunities.
Develop product strategies supporting revenue expansion, customer value, and sustainable commercial performance.
Evaluate pricing structures, product packaging, service offerings, and customer-segment opportunities.
Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value through product improvements and service enhancements.
Balance monetization initiatives with customer experience, product quality, operational requirements, and applicable compliance considerations.
7. Product Development & Technical Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering and Technology leadership to translate growth priorities into product roadmaps.
Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
Ensure growth initiatives are designed for scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Coordinate product launches, feature enhancements, platform integrations, and technical improvements.
Balance short-term growth opportunities with long-term product architecture and technology investments.
8. Market Research & Customer Insights
Conduct market research to identify emerging customer needs, competitive developments, and industry opportunities.
Develop customer segmentation and product-positioning strategies to support targeted growth initiatives.
Establish structured feedback channels involving customers, partners, sales teams, and customer-service functions.
Translate customer research into product improvements and strategic recommendations.
Monitor competitor products, market trends, and evolving customer expectations to inform product decisions.
9. Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
Coordinate growth product initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Analytics.
Establish clear ownership, execution milestones, dependencies, and communication processes.
Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, commercial plans, and broader corporate priorities.
Resolve cross-functional execution challenges and facilitate timely decision-making.
Promote collaboration between product teams and business functions throughout the growth lifecycle.
10. Leadership & Strategic Advisory
Build and lead a high-performing growth product management organization.
Recruit, mentor, and develop senior product leaders, growth product managers, and related professionals.
Establish product-management methodologies, operating standards, and professional-development frameworks.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on product-led growth opportunities.
Present growth product strategies, customer insights, investment priorities, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board.
Candidate Profile
17+ years of progressive experience in product management, growth strategy, product-led growth, technology, fintech, digital platforms, e-commerce, or related industries.
Significant experience leading growth product organizations at the VP, SVP, Chief Product Officer, or comparable executive level.
Proven track record of developing and scaling products that support customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of growth product management, customer lifecycle optimization, product analytics, experimentation, and commercial strategy.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams.
Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, conversion optimization, monetization strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market execution.
Experience using data analysis, customer research, and experimentation to guide product strategy and decision-making.
Strong understanding of technology-enabled business models, digital platforms, financial technology, and emerging product ecosystems.
Proven ability to balance short-term growth opportunities with long-term product scalability, customer value, and operational sustainability.
Excellent strategic-planning, analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Experience working in international or cross-border markets preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced technical qualification preferred.
Exceptional executive leadership, negotiation, organizational-development, and decision-making skills.
