Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical execution. The role works across teams to gather requirements, model processes, and deliver the analysis and documentation that turns ideas into shipped systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Model existing and proposed processes using flowcharts, BPMN, and similar tools
- Run workshops with stakeholders to scope projects and align expectations
- Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs and project outcomes
- Partner with engineering and product on solution design and acceptance criteria
- Conduct user acceptance testing and support post-launch adoption
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting environments
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
- Comfort with stakeholder management across functions and levels
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
