Role Description The Private Wealth Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management services to a portfolio of high-net-worth and emerging affluent clients. In this full-time remote role, the Private Wealth Manager will assess client goals and financial situations, develop customized financial and estate plans, and design investment strategies aligned with risk profiles and time horizons. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing portfolios, coordinating with tax and legal professionals, and preparing clear recommendations and reports. The role also involves ongoing monitoring of market developments, rebalancing portfolios as needed, and proactively communicating with clients about performance, opportunities, and risks. The Private Wealth Manager will contribute to business development by nurturing existing relationships and thoughtfully identifying new client opportunities, while adhering to regulatory requirements and firm policies.
Qualifications
Financial planning expertise, including Financial Planning and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) credentials or equivalent experience.
Estate Planning skills, with the ability to collaborate with legal and tax professionals on wealth transfer and legacy strategies.
Investment Management capabilities, with a strong foundation in Finance and an understanding of portfolio construction and risk management.
Proficiency in client relationship management, including clear communication, active listening, and a service-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail in modeling, reporting, and documentation.
Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms for client meetings, planning, and portfolio oversight.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced designations (CFP, CFA, CPA) are advantageous.
Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in financial advisory work.
