Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site in all over in India, ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising site execution, coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, and monitoring progress against project timelines. The Site Engineer will conduct quality checks, verify materials, and support structural engineering implementations to maintain safety and durability. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, preparing daily reports, and communicating effectively with project managers and stakeholders about site issues, requirements, and updates.
Qualifications
Strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing daily construction activities and coordinating with field teams.
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with project managers, engineers, contractors, and workers.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards for construction materials, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Understanding of structural engineering concepts and practical application in civil engineering projects.
Background as a civil engineer or relevant experience in civil construction projects.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and resolve site-level technical issues.
Proficiency in basic construction-related software and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
Capacity to work full time on-site in Bihar, with attention to safety, deadlines, and teamwork.
