Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Architect and Interiors professional. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing 2D/3D design presentations. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, translating briefs into functional layouts, and selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures. The professional will collaborate with consultants and contractors, support project planning, and assist in site supervision to ensure designs are implemented as intended. The role also includes maintaining project documentation, supporting design revisions, and contributing to efficient project delivery within timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with the ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills in the context of design tools and workflows, such as proficiency with CAD/BIM and design visualization software.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, basic scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and rendering tools).
Strong spatial planning, design detailing, and material specification capabilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Prior experience in residential or commercial interiors and on-site project execution is an advantage.
