Role Description This is a full-time, on-site banking role based in Coimbatore. The role involves assisting customers with their banking needs, including account services, deposits, withdrawals, and basic financial inquiries. The individual will review and process credit-related documentation, support insurance-related offerings, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling transactions securely, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with colleagues to meet branch targets and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Credit skills, with the ability to understand banking products and basic risk assessment.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with diverse customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products and services, with the ability to explain options clearly and support related processes.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and familiarity with banking software or core banking systems are beneficial.
Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
A degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to adhere to compliance standards, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a structured branch environment.
