I. Position Overview
The Regional Executive Vice President is one of the company's highest-level business leaders within a specific geographic region and is responsible for the region's business strategy, market development, operational management and financial performance.
The core mission of this position is to ensure the successful implementation of the company's global strategy at the regional level and promote the continued growth of regional business and improvement of market competitiveness.
II. Main Responsibilities
1. Regional strategy and business planning
Develop mid- to long-term development strategies and annual operating plans for regional markets.
Develop regional business development goals based on the company's global strategy.
Analyze regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
2. Revenue growth and market expansion
Responsible for overall regional sales targets and revenue growth.
Promote new customer development, market expansion and industry penetration.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
3. Regional operations and performance management
Responsible for the operational management of all business departments in the region.
Establish and implement regional operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance evaluation systems.
Continuously optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
4. Team leadership and organizational development
Lead regional management teams including sales, operations, marketing and customer service.
Establish an efficient regional organizational structure and management system.
Cultivate regional management talents and leadership reserves.
5. Cross-regional and headquarters collaboration
Ensure regional operations are aligned with headquarters strategy.
Collaborate with functions globally to advance product, marketing and operations projects.
Report regional business performance and strategic recommendations to headquarters.
6. Financial and budget management
Responsible for regional budget, revenue, profit and cost control.
Oversee regional financial performance and drive profitability improvements.
Participate in major investment and business expansion decisions.
7. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure regional operations comply with local laws, regulations and company policies.
Manage business, operational and reputational risks.
Establish a regional compliance management system.
3. Qualification requirements
Educational background
Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing, economics or related majors.
Applicants with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related management master's degree are preferred.

More than 18 years of business management or regional management experience.
More than 7 years of senior management experience.
