We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who understands Instagram, enjoys creating and researching content, and is excited to learn how social media actually works for different brands and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day Instagram activities for client accounts
• Plan and schedule social media content
• Research trending topics, formats, hooks, and content ideas
• Identify relevant content opportunities based on different niches
• Assist in developing Instagram content ideas and concepts
• Write basic captions and content copy when required
• Perform basic editing of Instagram Reels and social media content
• Coordinate with the content and editing team for content execution
• Research competitors and analyse their content
• Track basic content performance and understand what is working
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, features, and changes
• Support the team in developing and executing social media strategies
Requirements
• Basic understanding of Instagram and social media platforms
• Basic Reel/video editing skills
• Good content research skills
• Ability to identify interesting and relevant topics
• Good understanding of what makes Instagram content engaging
• Creative thinking and a good eye for content
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and experiment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
