SEO Content Manager

NeaMob is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses achieve sustainable growth through data-driven marketing strategies across international markets.
We are looking for an experienced SEO Content Manager to support one of our healthcare clients in Canada and USA, with a focus on addiction treatment, mental health, recovery, and related healthcare topics.
Key Responsibilities
Research and write high-quality SEO-focused articles based on provided briefs, keywords, and search intent.
Optimize existing content for SEO, readability, structure, internal linking, E-E-A-T, UX, and conversion.
Create and improve service, commercial, and landing pages that balance organic visibility with conversion goals.
Prepare a monthly newsletter, including educational content, subject lines, internal links, and CTAs.
Research healthcare, addiction treatment, mental health, and recovery topics using credible and authoritative sources.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and editorial quality.
Collaborate with the SEO team on keyword research, content gaps, search intent, briefs, and internal linking.
Maintain high editorial standards appropriate for healthcare and YMYL content.
Support content planning, editorial calendars, priorities, and publication deadlines.
Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining human editorial judgment, originality, and rigorous fact-checking.
Collaborate with SEO, marketing, design, and development specialists as part of an international team.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in SEO content writing, editing, content management, or a related field.
Excellent written English (C1+ preferred) and strong editing/proofreading skills; confidence working with Canadian English.
Strong knowledge of SEO, search intent, keyword integration, content structure, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
Ability to create both informational content and conversion-focused service/landing pages.
Strong research, fact-checking, and source-evaluation skills.
Experience with healthcare, mental health, addiction, recovery, wellness, or other YMYL topics is a strong advantage.
Experience creating content for Canadian or North American audiences is preferred.
Proven ability to refresh and optimize existing content, not only write new articles.
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong organization, ownership, and ability to manage multiple content priorities and deadlines.
