Country Manager – UAE

Role Description The Country Manager – UAE will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial and operational strategy in the United Arab Emirates. This part-time, remote role includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with local partners and clients, and promoting MMS Logística’s transport and warehousing services in the region. The role involves overseeing local market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, and providing regular performance and pipeline reports to the Brazilian leadership team. The Country Manager will coordinate with internal operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service quality, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with company standards. This role also includes representing the brand at virtual events and meetings, while supporting long-term growth plans for the Middle East market.
Qualifications
Strong background in business development, sales, and account management within logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and commercial strategy execution in the UAE or wider Middle East region.
Knowledge of international trade, freight operations, and regulatory requirements related to logistics and distribution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage priorities, and deliver on targets.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Portuguese are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Prior leadership or country management experience and familiarity with cross-cultural collaboration are highly beneficial.
