Role Description The Vice-President for Growth is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across Astra Visteon’s automotive electronics portfolio. This role oversees growth strategy development, aligning sales, marketing, and business development initiatives with company objectives and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting growth targets, reviewing performance metrics, and directing cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives. The Vice-President for Growth will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new markets, refine value propositions, and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies. The role also involves mentoring team leaders, managing key external relationships, and ensuring that growth plans reflect the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term stakeholder value.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
Strong Strategic Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute integrated growth strategies.
Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing cross-functional or regional teams.
Extensive experience in senior growth, commercial, or strategy roles within automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
Ability to analyze complex market data, define clear KPIs, and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment, with strong organizational and self-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
Track record of leading change initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer focus.
