Role Description The (Regional Management Director) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing business operations and growth within assigned regions. This position focuses on developing and executing regional strategies, managing key client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of services and solutions. The Regional Management Director monitors market trends, identifies new business opportunities, and supports regional sales and account management activities. Day-to-day tasks include setting performance targets, reviewing regional KPIs, providing guidance to local teams or partners, and ensuring alignment with Liquity SA’s overall business and technology strategy. This role also involves regular reporting to senior leadership and contributing to cross-functional initiatives that enhance regional performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong regional management and leadership skills, including experience overseeing multi-site or multi-country operations.
Proven ability in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis within a technology or services-driven environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
Comfort working in a remote, cross-cultural, and cross-functional setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Solid understanding of digital transformation, information technology solutions, or IT-enabled business processes.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in leading high-performing teams, setting measurable goals, and driving continuous improvement in regional operations.
Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage, depending on territory.
