Role Description The VP of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of Med Spa Talent Accelerator. This role leads the design and implementation of scalable processes across training programs, client onboarding, and talent placement workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational teams, monitoring key performance indicators, overseeing budgets and P&L, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for both clinic partners and talent participants. The VP of Operations will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and support the growth of the organization within the medical aesthetics sector. The role also involves cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals, resources, and timelines.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, including building and refining scalable processes and systems.
Demonstrated expertise in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance oversight.
Background in Strategic Planning, with the ability to set priorities, define roadmaps, and support long-term growth.
Proficiency in Project Management, including leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering on time and within scope.
Customer Service mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to clinic partners and talent participants.
Leadership experience managing distributed or remote teams, with strong people management and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data to drive decisions.
Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or professional training programs is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
