Role Description The Executive Vice President at Paxos-LA is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across key business lines. This position will collaborate with the executive team to define long-term vision, set priorities, and drive initiatives that support growth, regulatory compliance, and innovation in blockchain-based financial infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing senior stakeholders, overseeing major partnerships, and ensuring effective execution of product, technology, and commercial strategies. The Executive Vice President will analyze market trends, evaluate new business opportunities, and guide resource allocation to optimize performance and risk management. This role will also represent Paxos-LA with external partners, regulators, and industry groups, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including executive-level strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder management.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain industries, with knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, and regulated financial infrastructure.
Strong business development and partnership skills, including negotiation, relationship management, and driving complex commercial agreements.
Operational and organizational skills, including governance, performance management, risk oversight, and process improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences, including boards, regulators, and enterprise partners.
Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives or transformations in a high-growth or highly regulated environment.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed setting and collaborate across global time zones and cultures.
Advanced degree in business, finance, law, or a related field preferred; equivalent senior leadership experience in lieu of formal education considered.
