Role Description The Vice President of Market Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing market strategy, client portfolio performance, and revenue growth across key segments. This position leads the development and execution of trading and investment strategies, monitors market trends, and ensures alignment with firm-wide financial objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, guiding sales initiatives, coordinating with trading teams, and reviewing market reports to optimize product offerings. The role also involves overseeing projects related to new market opportunities, improving operational processes, and mentoring team members to enhance performance and compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and investment research.
Robust finance and trading experience, including knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and risk management.
Proven sales capabilities with experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present market insights to diverse stakeholders.
Leadership experience in a financial services or investment-focused environment, with a record of managing teams and driving performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is an advantage.
Comfort working remotely with strong self-management, time management, and digital collaboration skills.
