Pre-Sales Executive

We're hiring a Pre-Sales Executive at 403Labs. Remote.
We run marketing for a set of interior design studios, and the leads are coming in. What's missing is someone who can actually work them — pick up the phone, understand what the client is trying to build, qualify whether it's a real project, and keep the conversation alive until they're ready to sit down with the design team.
This is not a call-centre script role. You're often the first human a homeowner speaks to about a project they've been thinking about for months. How that call feels decides whether they show up.
What the role involves:
• Calling and qualifying inbound leads across our interior design clients
• Understanding scope, timeline and budget readiness before passing a lead forward
• Following up consistently — most of these decisions take weeks, not days
• Keeping the CRM clean so nothing slips
• Feeding lead quality insights back to the marketing side
What we're looking for:
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi — phone presence matters more than your resume here
• 1–3 years in inside sales, pre-sales, or client servicing; interiors, real estate or luxury retail is a strong plus
• Genuinely consultative — able to ask good questions and listen, not push
• Organised enough to follow up on time, every time
• A quiet space to take calls from, a reliable connection, and the discipline to work without someone watching
This role is fully remote. Work from anywhere in India — we care about how you handle the calls, not where you sit.
