📢 JOB VACANCY | PROGRAMME IN-CHARGE
COODU (Community Organisation for Oppressed and Depressed Upliftment) invites applications for the position of Programme In-charge for its ongoing ITC Mission Sunehra Kal (MSK) supported “Water Stewardship and Climate Smart Agriculture Programme” in Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities
• Overall coordination and implementation of the Water Stewardship and Climate Smart Agriculture programme.
• Planning, execution and monitoring of field-level activities in coordination with farmers, community institutions and stakeholders.
• Promote water conservation, watershed development and climate-resilient agricultural practices.
• Facilitate farmer mobilisation, capacity building, training programmes and awareness activities.
• Coordinate with field staff, technical experts, community groups and project stakeholders.
• Monitor programme progress, maintain documentation and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure timely achievement of project targets and quality implementation of activities.
• Support effective community participation and sustainable management of natural resources.
Qualification & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Rural Development, Social Work, Environmental Science, Watershed Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in watershed development, agriculture, natural resource management, community development or CSR projects will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, field-management and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the project area and work closely with rural communities.
