Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)

We are hiring a result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales for the SaaS product across US and international markets. The role carries full-cycle ownership of the sales process - prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, and customer onboarding. You will sell directly to US-based SDR managers, B2B sales leaders, founders, and consultants.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new B2B prospects through outbound channels - email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Conduct online product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's business needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact through subscription closure.
Onboard new customers and ensure a successful first month with the product.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM.
Collaborate with the Chennai product team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle responsibility (not SDR-only).
Demonstrated track record of selling to US or EU buyers applications without this experience will not be considered.
At least 12 months of consistent quota attainment in your most recent role.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and outbound prospecting tools.
Native-quality verbal and written English; clear and professional on US video calls.
Willingness to commit to US-shift hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
