Business Development Trainee

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential strategic partners and clients across various industries.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners and clients.
Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate contact with potential partners.
Conduct initial qualifying calls and meetings to assess potential partnership fit and gather key information.
Schedule and conduct introductory video calls to present company information and services.
Assist in the development of partnership proposals and presentations.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all partner interactions and communications.
Collaborate with the Head of Business Strategy and Partnerships to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and partnership opportunities.
Track and report on key performance indicators, including outreach efforts, lead generation, and partnership progress.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in partnership development strategies.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, client interactions, conversion rates, and research performed.
Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new partnership opportunities.
