About us
Tealayas is an Indian iced tea brand building a fresh, modern tea culture. We're a small team, so your work directly shapes how the brand looks and feels online.
The role
We're looking for a part-time content creator to help run our Instagram. You'll create ideas, shoot and edit content, and post it, with guidance from the founder while you find your feet.
Commitment
10-12 hours/week, flexible schedule, remote, with a short weekly check-in with the founder.
What you'll do
• Shoot and edit Reels, photos and stories (mostly on a phone)
• Suggest content ideas and trend-based hooks every week
• Write captions and on-screen text in the brand's voice
• Post, schedule and reply to comments and DMs
• Share a simple weekly performance update on what worked
• Help coordinate with creators and collect UGC
What we're looking for
• 0-1 year of experience; a personal page, college club or freelance work counts
• Comfort editing with CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar
• A good eye for trends, aesthetics and scroll-stopping hooks
• Clear, natural writing with a young, authentic voice
• Reliable, curious and open to feedback
• Portfolio or sample links required
• Interest in food, beverage or lifestyle brands
• Basic understanding of Instagram Insights
