Role Description The Relationship Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves nurturing and managing relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their housing finance needs, and recommending suitable loan products and services. Responsibilities include generating leads through various channels, conducting initial customer assessments, coordinating documentation and application processing, and ensuring timely follow-up until disbursal. The Relationship Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams such as credit & operations to provide a seamless customer experience. The role also includes meeting defined sales and service targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and achieving defined targets in a competitive environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages, and the ability to present information clearly to diverse customer groups.
Basic financial and analytical skills to assess customer profiles, understand loan products, and interpret documentation and policies.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation, records, and follow-up activities.
Familiarity with housing finance, mortgages, or NBFC/banking products is preferred; prior experience in retail lending or financial services is an advantage.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in finance or sales are beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a customer-focused mindset and adherence to ethical and compliance standards.
