Shift: US Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
Days: Monday – Friday

Candidate Requirements
* Education: BCA / B.Tech / BE in IT/Computer Science; Master’s preferred
* Freshers can also apply.
* Experience: 1+ year in staffing/recruitment preferred
* English: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Communication: Professional, confident and fluent English
* LinkedIn: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and candidate sourcing
* Recruitment: Understanding of sourcing, screening, follow-ups and candidate handling
* US Staffing: Experience/knowledge of U.S. staffing preferred
* Night Shift: Must be comfortable working 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday–Friday
