Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting with a mix of:
2-3 years of experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and optimisation.
2-3 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Proven technical expertise in Workday: Modules such as Financials, Adaptive Planning, Accounting Centre, and Prism Analytics.
Integrations using various methods and tools.
Security framework and its application to various business processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with other financial systems and tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certifications.
Experience in a large-scale enterprise transformation program.
Experience with AI in the Finance department.
Experience in the Software Industry.
