Technical Project Manager

This Project Manager helps lead process improvement and delivery execution across the IT organisation. The role blends classic project management with real operational depth in ERP (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) and workflow automation and a people-first leadership style. You'll be a change agent: analysing how work flows today, finding the friction, and driving practical process improvements that actually stick while keeping the team engaged and supported through the change. This is a hands-on role for someone who closes loops and owns outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate projects across IT workstreams (development, operations and support).
Analyse existing workflows and processes; identify gaps and design durable improvements.
Drive process change with empathy and clear communication.
Identify and implement automation opportunities (e. g., Workato and JD Edwards Orchestrator) to reduce manual effort.
Maintain delivery cadence planning, tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder reporting.
Document processes, decisions, and runbooks so knowledge is shared and durable.
Requirements:
Proven project management experience with strong PMO fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to analyse workflows and lead process improvement.
Hands-on, execution-level Smartsheet experience (building and managing sheets, dashboards, and workflows).
Excellent written and verbal English, with documentation discipline and a polished, client-ready professional presence.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Workato automations.
Experience with RF-SMART, JD Edwards Orchestrator, Noosh, or Halo ticketing.
PMP certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or similar).
Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery management.
