Requirements:
Workday Integration Specialist/Workday Techno Consultant.
A highly skilled resource with hands-on expertise in developing Payroll integrations, including PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Input Calculation Output File).
Experience using Workday Studio for complex integration builds.
In-depth knowledge of Workday reports, Dashboards, and Calculated fields.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Security.
Nice to have: Prior Workday functional expertise in Core HCM.
Other softer skills: Independent - can operate with minimal inputs from the team, work in a global team with conflicting priorities.
