Academic Counselor

Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via email, phone, and chats to understand their needs and provide the required learning solutions.
Counsel clients who contact us and suggest courses to match their requirements.
Become the point of contact for the enrolled participants and follow up with them till they finish the course.
Manage leads on CRM.
Maintain a good relationship with the existing participants.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Requirements:
Experienced candidates (2 to 4 years in sales) can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle high pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of computer skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Experience in hardcore sales (like insurance/credit card sales) is preferable.
