Zoho Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Zoho engineer with hands-on experience in multiple Zoho applications to support the implementation, customisation, and maintenance of Zoho-based business solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in configuring Zoho tools and optimising workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Implement, customise, and maintain Zoho applications based on business requirements.
Work with Zoho Finance applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Expense, etc. )
Design and develop applications using Zoho Creator.
Configure and manage campaigns using Zoho Marketing tools.
Set up and maintain workflows and task management using Zoho Projects.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems when required.
Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to users.
Automate workflows and business processes across Zoho applications.
Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications.
Strong experience in Zoho Finance Suite, Zoho Creator, Zoho Marketing, and Zoho Projects.
Knowledge of Deluge scripting.
Experience in workflow automation and customisation.
Understanding of Zoho integrations and APIs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Zoho certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience working on end-to-end Zoho implementations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and business process automation.
Experience in integrating Zoho with external tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of relevant Zoho experience.
Must have reliable internet connectivity.
Ability to work remotely from India.
