HR Executive

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and multitasking HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Handle offer negotiation, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Support statutory compliance including EPF, PT, and payroll documentation.
Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, exits, and full and final settlement coordination.
Organise employee engagement activities and support performance management.
Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
Knowledge of HRMS, ATS, MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with statutory compliance (EPF, PT, Labour Laws) is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
IT recruitment experience.
Knowledge of payroll processes and labour law compliance.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
