Role Description The Certified Fraud Examiner Faculty will deliver high-quality, exam-focused instruction for CFE candidates, ensuring coverage of fraud prevention, detection, and investigation concepts aligned with ACFE standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in classroom settings, guiding learners through case studies, and facilitating interactive discussions to build practical analytical skills. The faculty member will create and review study materials, design and evaluate mock exams, and provide individualized academic mentoring and feedback to help learners meet certification goals. Additional duties include staying current with developments in fraud examination and financial crime, collaborating with the academic team on curriculum improvements, and contributing to webinars, workshops, and other academic events. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Meantoir Global Academy’s campus in Kochi.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Fraud Prevention and Fraud Investigations, with the ability to teach these concepts using real-world examples.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating complex financial data, identifying red flags, and guiding learners through structured problem-solving.
Solid grounding in Finance, including financial reporting, risk assessment, and controls relevant to fraud examination.
Practical understanding of Law Enforcement or regulatory frameworks related to financial crime, compliance, and investigative procedures.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential required; additional certifications such as CFCS, CAMS, CPA, ACCA, CA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience in fraud examination, finance, or compliance, preferably in a professional or academic setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learner profiles.
Strong classroom management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, law, criminology
