Role Description
RKGS TECH is looking for motivated individuals to join us as Sales & Referral Partners.
This is a part-time, remote and commission-based opportunity. Partners will help identify potential customers, introduce suitable RKGS TECH products and services, and generate qualified referrals.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and approaching prospective customers.
Introducing RKGS TECH products, memberships and services.
Generating and referring qualified leads.
Using personal, professional and business networks to develop opportunities.
Maintaining relationships with referred customers.
Supporting follow-up communication when required.
Coordinating with the RKGS TECH team to help provide a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Developing long-term referral and channel relationships.
Providing customers with clear and accurate information about relevant RKGS TECH offerings.
Partner performance may be evaluated based on qualifying referrals, successful conversions, customer relationships and continued participation in the partner program.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates with different professional backgrounds. Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ideal candidates should have:
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
An interest in sales, referrals, business development or account management.
Ability to identify opportunities and communicate product value clearly.
Experience with channel partners, referral programs or professional networking is advantageous.
Familiarity with technology, digital products or educational technology is beneficial.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A proactive and self-motivated approach.
Interest in building professional networks and long-term customer relationships.
💰 Earnings & Commission
This is a commission-based partner opportunity. There is no fixed salary.
Partners can earn:
50% Commission
On the customer's first eligible membership purchase made through the partner's referral.
20% Commission
On further eligible RKGS TECH sales generated through that referral.
There is no fixed upper earning limit under the commission structure; actual earnings depend on eligible referred sales and the applicable Partner Program terms.
🏆 Annual Partner Rewards
In addition to regular referral commissions, RKGS TECH plans to recognize active and high-performing partners through an annual profit-sharing reward program.
🥇 Highest Qualifying Sales Partner — 3%
The partner achieving the highest qualifying annual sales will be eligible for 3% of the defined annual distributable profit.
🥈 Second-Highest Qualifying Sales Partner — 2%
The partner achieving the second-highest qualifying annual sales will be eligible for 2% of the defined annual distributable profit.
🤝 Active Partner Pool — 5%
An additional 5% of the defined annual distributable profit will be shared equally among partners who meet RKGS TECH's annual Active Partner eligibility requirements.
Annual rewards are separate from regular sales commissions and will be subject to the applicable Partner Program terms, qualifying-sales verification, refunds/cancellations, active-partner criteria and annual profit determination.

This opportunity is not a salaried employment position. There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed income. Partner earnings are based on successful eligible sales/referrals and are governed by the RKGS TECH Partner Program terms.
