Role Description The Global Development Vice President is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading international growth and strategic development initiatives for Meibang Fashion Jewelry. This role oversees global partnerships, market expansion, and business development across key regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand, quality standards, and commercial goals. Day-to-day tasks include defining and implementing global growth strategies, managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with design and production teams to support new market opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders. The Global Development Vice President will analyze market trends, forecast revenue opportunities, optimize budgets, and report on performance to senior leadership. This role will also guide regional teams, foster collaboration between Qingdao and Barcelona operations, and ensure consistent execution of company objectives in existing and new markets.
Qualifications
Experience with Planned Giving and Philanthropy, including developing and managing global philanthropic or partnership initiatives.
Proficiency in Annual Giving and related fundraising or donor engagement strategies that support long-term organizational growth.
Strong Budgeting skills, including forecasting, resource allocation, and financial oversight for international projects.
Advanced Project Management capabilities, with a track record of leading complex, cross-border initiatives to successful completion.
Extensive leadership experience in global business development, preferably within fashion, jewelry, luxury goods, or related industries.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Comfort working remotely across time zones, with strong organizational skills and high personal accountability.
