Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pune Division. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, and creating cohesive video narratives for advertising and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include editing video sequences, applying transitions and effects, performing color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and titles. The role involves collaborating with creative directors, producers, and graphic designers to align video content with project briefs and brand guidelines, as well as preparing final outputs optimized for various digital platforms. The Video Editor will also maintain organized project files and manage version control to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for advertising and digital campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and overall image quality.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound synchronization, and visual composition.
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow creative direction, and effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in advertising or digital media and a portfolio showcasing relevant video projects.
Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
