Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing activities to increase brand awareness and engagement. This internship role is hybrid, based in the Pune District, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting basic web analytics and reporting. The intern will help in researching trends, identifying target audience preferences, and optimizing digital campaigns across various online channels. The role also involves collaborating with team members, preparing campaign summaries, and contributing ideas to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
Qualifications
Competence in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaigns across major platforms.
Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing principles and strategies.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external content.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Basic familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editors) and office productivity software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup with guidance and feedback.
Interest in health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors and willingness to learn new digital tools and techniques.
