2. Comic Con / Pop-Culture Talent Buyer / Booking Agent – Film, Television & Celebrity Talent

POSITION 1 – CELEBRITY GOLF TALENT BUYER / BOOKING AGENT
CAST Tours is developing a series of premium international celebrity-hosted golf travel experiences and is seeking a well-connected Talent Buyer to identify, negotiate with, and secure celebrities and golf legends to serve as hosts.
The trips will take place at internationally renowned golf destinations, including St Andrews in Scotland, prestigious courses throughout Europe, and selected golf destinations in Asia and other international markets.
We are interested in two primary categories of hosts:
Celebrity Golf Enthusiasts – recognizable actors, musicians, professional athletes, television personalities and other celebrities who have a genuine passion for golf and an established fan following.
Golf Legends – former professional golfers, major champions, recognizable retired players and other prominent personalities from the golf world.
Celebrity hosts may participate in several rounds of golf with guests, tournaments, clinics or demonstrations, dinners, Q&A sessions, meet-and-greets, receptions and other exclusive fan experiences.
The Talent Buyer will identify potential hosts, contact their agents/managers, negotiate appearance fees and contractual terms, and evaluate each personality's ability to attract guests to a premium international golf experience.
POSITION 2 – COMIC CON / POP-CULTURE TALENT BUYER / BOOKING AGENT
CAST Tours is also seeking an experienced Talent Buyer to identify and secure Comic Con, film, television and pop-culture celebrities to HOST international fan travel experiences.
This position is specifically for our non-golf celebrity travel programs.
We are interested in actors and personalities associated with major film and television franchises, superhero properties, science-fiction and fantasy franchises, animation and voice acting, cult and classic television, nostalgia entertainment and other areas with passionate fan communities.
Rather than simply making a brief convention appearance, the celebrity will become the featured host of an international CAST Tours experience, giving fans an opportunity to travel with and interact with a favorite actor or personality in an extraordinary destination.
Potential destinations include:
Athens, Greece – including experiences surrounding the Acropolis
Paris, France – including special events at the Eiffel Tower
Rome, Florence & Venice, Italy
Cairo, Egypt – including experiences overlooking the Pyramids
Agra, India – including experiences surrounding the Taj Mahal
China – including extraordinary locations such as the Great Wall and Forbidden City
and additional international destinations being developed by CAST Tours.
A celebrity-hosted trip could include meet-and-greets, Q&A sessions, hosted dinners, sightseeing experiences, fan receptions, photo opportunities, special events and other activities with the featured celebrity.
The objective is to create something significantly more immersive than a traditional Comic Con appearance: fans have the opportunity to travel internationally with a celebrity connected to a franchise or program they love.
TALENT BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying appropriate talent, contacting agents and managers, presenting CAST Tours opportunities, negotiating fees and participation requirements, coordinating deal terms with CAST Tours management and helping develop long-term relationships with talent representatives.
An important part of both positions will be evaluating a potential host's fan engagement, social-media following, convention or appearance history and ability to motivate fans to purchase an international travel experience.
We are particularly interested in buyers who already have relationships with major talent agencies, management companies, sports agencies, professional golfers, Comic Con representatives and celebrity appearance agencies.

Current and developing CAST Tours programs feature artists including Wayne Newton, The Fab Four, Buckcherry, Ambrosia, Leonid & Friends, Amanda Miguel, Marisela and Collective Soul.
Our programs combine premium international travel with exclusive access to talent through concerts, performances, Q&A sessions, meet-and-greets, dinners, excursions and other unique experiences.
We are now expanding that successful concept beyond recording artists by developing celebrity-hosted golf experiences and Comic Con/pop-culture celebrity-hosted international trips.
COMPENSATION
These are commission-based independent booking positions, with compensation tied to successfully completed talent bookings.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in talent buying, booking, artist representation, celebrity management, sports representation, professional golf, Comic Con/convention booking or entertainment agency work.
Existing relationships with agents, managers and celebrity representatives are strongly preferred.
