UI/UX Designer

About The Role
We're looking for a designer who is as comfortable with strategy as they are with pixels. You'll work across branding, product design, and UX — creating interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
You'll collaborate directly with engineers and clients, so strong communication matters. Bonus points if you understand the basics of how your designs get implemented in code.
What You'll Do
Design user interfaces and experiences for web products and marketing sites
Work on branding projects — logos, visual identity, and style guides
Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas before development
Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma
Collaborate directly with clients during design review sessions
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX work across web projects
Proficiency in Figma — prototyping, auto-layout, components
A good eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Comfortable presenting and iterating on feedback from clients
Self-directed — you don't need a brief written to the pixel level to get started
Nice to Have
Understanding of HTML/CSS concepts and how web layouts are built
Experience with motion and micro-interaction design
Prior work at an agency or on multiple concurrent projects
